  Very loud
  Don't take reservations (unless your "somebody") so you will have to wait.
  Food so so
  Brought all the appetizers and dinner out a once so we had them to take the appetizers off.
  Waitress was good but food very slow!!!

  I have been here on a few occasions and every time the service has been slow and they messed up my order several times. In addition their menu is overpriced for what you get. The place isn't bad my experience just hasn't been good.

  Came here despite the reviews but was let down.
  
  I love burgers and beef. I've had everything from manually ground beef to Pat LaFrieda beef from NYC. The burgers I had here were average at best but the price was what killed it.
  
  I ordered the prime beef burger ($18) and my companion had the throwback burger ($16?). Both burgers were dry and lacked a lot of flavor. I suspect that very lean beef was used (looked it too) as an extra helping of fat in the burger would have given it much more flavor and moisture. Charring was pretty aggressive, enough that that was the predominant flavor. Fries were fine and the tiger sauce that I asked for on the side was interesting but I wouldn't pay more than $7-$8 for this burger, if at all.
  
  I generally don't like giving mediocre reviews since I know there are a lot of hard working people behind the scenes so I'm open to returning to change my opinion but as it stands, for ~$40, I cannot recommend the food.
  
  The beer selection looked interesting (although we didn't get to try any out) and the interior and decor were fine.

  This has been a long time favorite of ours. Consistently very good. No complaints whatsoever.
