This was hands down the best food experience I've ever had. Period. Can't stop thinking about the world class 10 course meal we had for my pal David Barker's 40th birthday. From the moment you arrive you are "welcomed" and made to feel at the center of a masterpiece. The sommelier was outstanding and paired and explained why each wine was important ... Truly a master class in esoteric and mind-blowing wines from around the globe. The food was fun, delicious, and presented in an unforgettable fashion. The chef was playful and watched our every move to time our meal to perfection. Even "gawking" back at us and making us feel like we were the only 4 top in the joint. I can't wait to get back there! We feel like we created a memory at Elements that is unique to us, but I'm sure they replicate this dining experience for an open minded group ready to relax, eat, drink, and savor every moment.

This was indeed a very fine dining experience. We were first of all very impressed by the attention of the staff. Extremely polite and very attentive to individual needs. Each individual course in the 5-course menu (and two small pre-appetizer "palate cleaners") was very carefully prepared and presented. The staff explain each dish in detail when it is served to make this not only a culinary experience but also an educational one for some. I particularly liked the quail eggs and the "shag bark" flavored ribeye steak (neither of which I'd eaten before!). But really, I'd recommend any of the dishes. The one exception might be the dessert, which was actually "interesting" in its flavors but not what I'd call a typical dessert. Still even they were well worth trying.

In any case, a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

When you wake up the next morning remembering the brilliant taste and textures of last night's dinner, it's a great restaurant. Start to finish we were treated in the warmest professional way. All service was impeccable. But the food! Each sauce, garnish and vegetable complimented an exquisite meat. My husband and I ordered different items and shared. We had 8 dishes that way plus the breads, quail eggs, and mint chocolate. I wondered if the large open kitchen would be noisy, but it was no chef show, they worked smoothly, and it was pleasant to watch them craft each dish as a masterpiece. I can't recommend the 4 course prix fixe enough!
